Mary Sybil "Momma Mary" Blair, age 86, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at her residence.
She was born October 16, 1926 in Holy Cross and was a member of Saint Augustine Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Liguori Sims Hutchins, three sisters, Mauritia Ballard, Mary Grace Mattingly and Mary Ann Gardner and five brothers, Leon, Gerald, Teenie, Harold and Marvin Hutchins and one great-grandson, Samuel Anthony Crane.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Marion Blair, four daughters, Phyllis Crane (Bob) of Lawrenceburg, Patsy Blandford (Marty), Terri Knopp (Mike) and Margaret Wolfe (Rob) all of Lebanon, four sons, Kenny Blair (Ruth Ann), Benny Blair (Mary Anne), Rusty Blair (Dana) all of Lebanon and Philip Blair (Raylene) of Crestwood, 24 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, five sisters, Mary Catherine Willett (Sam), Christine Lanham (Robert) and Barbara Southerland all of Loretto, Linda Mills (J.W.) of Mount Washington and Lorene Miles (Louie) of Louisville, two brothers, Howard Hutchins (Sarah) of Loretto and Herbert Hutchins (Sarah) of Louisville.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Saint Augustine Catholic Church, Lebanon, followed by interment in the church cemetery. Rev. Christopher Rhodes will be the celebrant.
Visiting 3-9 PM Wednesday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with a prayer service at 7 PM. Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will preside.
Pallbearers are Andrew Spalding, B.J. Crane, Philip Crane, Mikie Knopp, Brian Knopp and Stacey Benningfield.
Honorary Pallbearers are Adam Blair, Ashley Blair, Brandon Blair, Bentley Blair, Joe Vincent Blair, Benji Cecil and Justin Blair.
