Theodore H. "Teddy" Coleman, age 88 of Loretto, passed away Monday, August 20, 2018 at his daughter's residence.

He was born December 9, 1929 in Louisville to the late Thomas C. and Gertrude B. Young Coleman. He was a retired employee of Reynolds Metals in Louisville and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara L. Byers Coleman (March 23, 2016) and one son, Ted Coleman, Jr..

Survivors include six daughters, Danyle Abell of Loretto, Paula, Kathy, Nancy and Penny Coleman all of Louisville and Jody Smith of Indiana; one son, Kyle Coleman of Louisville; two stepchildren, Deborah Branham and Doug Swift, both of Louisville; two brothers, Everett Coleman and Donald Richerson both of Louisville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 7 PM Thursday, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Visitation is 3-7 PM Thursday. Burial will take place at 1 PM CST Friday in Layman Cemetery in Grayson County.
