Obituary
Mary Theresa Winfield, age 98 of Manton, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.
She was born November 28, 1916 in Manton. She was a former homemaker and the oldest member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church of Manton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Eugene Winfield; her parents, Anthony Columbus "Cull" Reed and Anna Catherine Graves Reed; two sisters, Margaret Smith and Mary Sallie Neel; three brothers, George Edward, Richard Leo and Robert Hughes Reed.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Ann Kidwell (John) of Manton and Joseph Edward "Lightning" Winfield (Mary Alice) of Loretto; four grandchildren, Bridgett Kidwell and Bernadette Kidwell Byrum (James) all of Lexington, Cathy and Charlie Winfield of Loretto.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 6964 Cissellville Road, Manton, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Matt Hardesty will officiate.
Visitation is 3-8 PM Monday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 7 PM.
Pallbearers are George Graves, Joe Kelty, Kevin Nally, Eddie Reed, Tony Reed, David Taylor.
