Obituary
Thomas Wayne Cundiff, age 60 of Holy Cross, passed away Monday, January 6, 2014 at his residence.
He was born January 12, 1952 in Nelson County. He formerly worked as a Nurse's Aide with Federal Hill Manor Nursing Home in Bardstown and he was a Catholic by faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Miles Lee and Stella Mae Vittitow Cundiff.
He died with his wife, Mary Rose Cundiff. Survivors include one son, Travis Wayne Cundiff of Bardstown, five sisters, Catherine McCullum (Emery) of Elizabethtown, Shirley Norris of New Haven, Louise Simpson of Bardstown, Martha Pugh (Alvin) of Greenbriar and Libby Pendygraft (Larry) of Holy Cross, four brothers, Junior Cundiff of Bloomfield, Darold Cundiff (Mary Jane) of Bardstown, Harold Cundiff of New Haven and Donnie Cundiff (Cordia) of Radcliff and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 3-8 PM Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 6 PM conducted by Rev. R. Joseph Hemmerle. Cremation will follow.
