Thomas Harold "Tommy" Riggs, Jr. age 56 of Louisville, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017 at his residence.

He was born April 24, 1960 in Louisville. He was a former painter, an avid U of L fan, a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Fairdale.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Ann Burnett Riggs (2016); one daughter, Samantha Sue Riggs (2009); his father, Thomas Harold Riggs, Sr. (2004); one sister, Cammy Sue Riggs (2012).

Survivors include his mother, Sue Riggs of Louisville; one step-daughter, Laura Coslow of Louisville; one step-son Larry W. Coslow of Louisville; two grandsons, Jayden and Nicholas Earley of Louisville; three step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.

Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Bro. Sonny Mull will officiate. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery where military rites will be conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard.

Visitation is 10 AM until 12 Noon Thursday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
