Obituary

Timothy Douglas Leake, age 56, of Raywick passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012 at his residence.

He was a lifelong resident of Raywick, a former employee of Marion Adjustment Center and Marion County Detention Center and a member of Saint Francis Xavier Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard Thomas "Tom" and Mary Genevieve Thomas Leake and his sister, Janet Mattingly.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Beverly Tharp Leake, three sons, Jason Leake (Jennifer) of Bardstown, Ricky and Mitchell Leake, both of Raywick, six grandchildren, Noah, Chloe, Eli, Izaac, Andrew and Aaron, three sisters, Connie Williams (Michael) of Raywick, Elaine Daugherty (Bill) and Ann Smith (Lonnie) all of Loretto, two brothers, Steve Leake (Anita Lou) and Jude Leake (Janie) all of Lebanon.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Raywick, with interment to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. James W. Graf will be the celebrant.

Visiting 3-8 PM Tuesday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with a prayer service at 7 PM conducted by Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant.

Pallbearers are Steve Leake, Jude Leake, Jimmy Bickett, Charlie Bickett, Mike Williams, A.B. Thompson, Ronnie Mattingly and Shane Mattingly.
